I love to have artwork that has a special meaning. Mostly, I use my husband's photographs, however, when our two beautiful great nieces, Claudia and Madeline sent us a wonderful batch of their artwork, I knew they would look perfect framed in our home.
Madeline's (age 2) watercolor!
Claudia's (age 4 ) Fall leaves!
Love how they look on our desk, and with such pretty Autumn colors!
I started sewing Flora Doora
bags several years ago for
friends, and commerically for a shop in Sarasota, Florida. My
bags have also made their way to France, for a country wedding and to a pretty little shop in Nannay. Since I have retired recently, there is more time
to enjoy sewing, decorating
and most of all traveling
(especially to France) with
my husband, Peter.
Comments from readers have made me realize how happy my Flora Doora bags make them, so I adopted the phrase "Spreading happiness one bag at a time". Makes it all so much fun!
